Hellfire was formulated by the guild of alchemists based in Regionopolis. Its composition is a closely guarded secret, although similar (if inferior) substances exist elsewhere, such as the oils used in Scorpio artillery shells. Hellfire burns on water, is almost impossible to extinguish when lit, and sometimes explides when exposed to sparks, sunlight, or if handled carelessly.
