The Hwacha, or "fire cart" uses small gunpowder charges to propel flaming arrows, and should be employed as an antipersonnel weapon. The arrows will remain ablaze throughout their flight, so this is a weapon suitable for long-ranged area bombardments as well as close-ranged volleys.
